Websites for fencing and landscaping companies

Show the garden. Get the enquiry.

Most people choose a fencing or landscaping company by looking at jobs they've already done. If yours only live on Facebook and Instagram, customers have to scroll for them, and there's no obvious way to ask for a quote. I build sites that put your best work up front and make enquiring easy from a phone, without anyone having to ring.

The work

A real landscaping site, live now.

Evans Fencing & Landscapes covers Cardiff and South Wales, from fencing and patios to full garden transformations. Since it went live, Evans has had enquiries through it, and a garden design company has asked Evans to build the gardens they design. Rhys doesn't think they'd have got in touch without the site.

A quote form built for garden work

The quote form asks for a postcode and the service they need, so Rhys knows the area and the job before he replies. There's a quick enquiry option as well, for people who just have a question.

  • Name, phone, postcode and service
  • Quick enquiry or detailed quote
  • Enquire and call buttons on the first screen on mobile

What else a fencing or landscaping site has to do

  • Show what you actually do

Fencing, decking, patios, turf, garden rooms. Each service needs its own section so customers, and Google, can match you to the job they're after.

  • Make your area clear

Say where you work, plainly, so nobody three towns away fills in the form.

  • Give people a way to ask without ringing

A lot of customers, younger ones especially, would rather fill in a form than make a phone call. Give them that option on every page.

  • Keep the photos fast

Garden photos are big files. They need sizing properly so the site still loads quickly on mobile data.

What changed

Evans Fencing & Landscapes: before and after

Before the site, Evans was on Facebook and Instagram only, and the Google Business Profile wasn't showing up. Rhys's biggest frustration was that customers had no clear way to enquire.

Questions fencing & landscaping owners ask

How much does it cost?

Websites start from £750, with a fixed price agreed before any work starts. Full pricing is on the pricing page. See pricing

My work comes through Facebook and word of mouth. Do I need a website?

Facebook is good for showing recent jobs, but on its own it makes you look less established. Customers also have to dig to find your services, prices or certifications. A website puts all of that in one place, with a clear way to ask for a quote.

Can't I just use Wix?

You can, but Wix sites tend to look like every other Wix site. Mine are built around your business from scratch, and I can build automations into them, like an automatic reply to every enquiry.

Who owns the website?

You do. I can look after it for you if you'd rather not deal with it. If you ever move on, I transfer the domain and all the site files to you within two weeks.

I'm not a writer. Who does the content?

I write it with you. You tell me about your business in your own words, rough is fine, and I shape it into the pages.
