The story
I'm Charlie — 25 years old, based in Cardiff, and I started Coreframe Digital because I kept seeing the same problems.
Local businesses paying £85 a month to rent a website they'd never own. Tradespeople being handed WordPress templates and told it was bespoke. Good companies with bad online presences, losing work to competitors with shinier websites.
My background is in defence manufacturing operations — which sounds unrelated, but it taught me to think in systems and processes. I know what good operations look like, and I know when a digital tool is solving the wrong problem.
I started Coreframe Digital to make modern web development, automation, and software accessible to the businesses that need it most — local trades and small UK businesses who've been underserved by the agency world for too long.
