Coreframe Digital is a web design and software agency based in Cardiff, Wales, UK. We operate as a sole trader. You can contact us at enquiries@coreframedigital.co.uk.
What data we collect
We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it. This includes:
- Your name and email address when you submit an enquiry form
- Your business name and project details from contact form submissions
- Technical data via Google Analytics 4 (see below)
We do not collect sensitive personal data, payment card details, or run any user accounts on this website.
How we use your data
Information submitted via our contact form is used solely to:
- Respond to your enquiry
- Provide you with a quote or project information
- Follow up on your project if you become a client
We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent, and we do not sell your data to any third party.
Contact form data (Formspree)
Our contact form is processed by Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form handling service. When you submit the form, your data is transmitted to Formspree's servers and forwarded to our email. Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this website. This uses cookies and collects anonymised data including pages visited, time on site, and general location (country/region level). No personally identifiable information is collected via analytics.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Your rights (UK GDPR)
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing of your data

Data retention
Enquiry emails and project correspondence are retained for up to 3 years for business record-keeping purposes, then deleted. If you become a client, project files and communications are retained for 6 years in accordance with UK tax law requirements.
