Ask about a care plan
Work beyond the monthly allowance is £45 an hour, always agreed with you first. Standard care rolls monthly with 30 days notice. Unused time rolls up to 45 minutes, 3 hours or 6 hours respectively. Book quarterly refreshes against available time; new features and integrations are quoted separately. Existing written agreements keep their stated terms.

Why do the prices say from?
Every business is a little different. The starting prices cover the examples shown above. If you need more pages, extra integrations or a more involved workflow, we will explain the cost before any work starts.
What if I do not know what I need?
That is completely normal. Tell us what is not working well at the moment and we will recommend the simplest option that can help. You do not need to choose a package before getting in touch.
Will there be a monthly cost?
Hosting and some connected tools have running costs, which we confirm before you agree. Coreframe care is optional. A website can be built as a one-off project and you own it outright. Care plans are optional and start at £35 a month if you would rather we looked after the hosting, updates and monitoring. Some automations use paid software, and we will show you any monthly cost clearly before you agree to anything.
Do I have to take a care plan?
No. There is no compulsory monthly rental and your website is yours whether you take a plan or not. Most people take one because it removes the hosting, security and update work from their plate, but you can cancel with 30 days notice at any time.
What if I need more than my care plan allowance?
Anything beyond the monthly time allowance, or outside the plan, is quoted separately or charged at £45 an hour. We always agree it with you beforehand, so nothing arrives as a surprise on an invoice.
Is VAT added?
No. Coreframe Digital is not currently VAT registered, so there is no VAT to add to the prices shown.
Can I add more later?
Yes. You can start with a website or one workflow, then add more when the business needs it. There is no need to buy everything at once.
How do payments work?
For most projects, payment is split into 50% upfront and 50% when the work is ready to launch. Your exact payment schedule will be confirmed in writing.
