A rebuilt website for a family flooring business in Pontypridd, structured around priced room deals, the showroom, and a fitting quote form that lands straight in their admin system.

Replace the previous WordPress site for a business with over 40 years of flooring experience, without losing the search traffic it already had. The new structure follows the questions a customer actually asks: what a room costs, what the showroom stocks, and how to get a fitting quote.

The old site was not bringing work in. Here is what the new one did in its first twelve days, taken from the business's own enquiry records.

Every one of the thirteen enquiries answered the question, because the form asks it. “Search Engine” is the customer's own answer and covers both paid and unpaid Google results, so it is not a claim about organic ranking on its own.
Seven of the thirteen said they found the business through a search engine. Before September, there was nothing for them to find.
That is the part that is easy to miss. A site can look right and still sit where nobody sees it. What changed here was not only how the business looks online, but whether it turns up at the moment somebody is looking for a floor fitter.

Room deals a customer can price
Each room deal page shows the floor, the price for each room size and what is included. Every deal has its own address, so it can be shared on Facebook or sent to a customer who asked about it.
Highlight pages aimed at search
Each highlight targets one specific job people search for, such as laminate on stairs or herringbone click vinyl, rather than one page trying to rank for everything.
An enquiry form that goes somewhere
The form keeps the fields the business already worked from. Each submission is stored as a record in the admin system before the notification email is sent, so a missed email is no longer a lost lead.
Nothing lost in the move
Redirects from the old WordPress addresses, structured data for the showroom, a sitemap and page metadata, so existing search results and past links carry over to the new site.
