Do you charge a call-out fee?
The first hour is a fixed price and includes getting to you. After that you pay the price we agreed for the job, not an hourly meter.
Can you come today?
If water is leaking, ring and we will tell you honestly when we can get there. For everything else, send the form and we will offer you a time.
Do you do boilers?
No. Boilers and gas appliances need a Gas Safe registered engineer, by law. We will tell you who to call.
Why do you ask for photos?
A photo often lets us price a job without a visit, which saves you paying for someone to come and look.
Do I need to be in?
Yes, or someone over 18 who can let us in and show us the problem.
How do I pay?
By card or bank transfer once the job is finished. The invoice comes by email.
