No. It works on its own. If you have a website, we can connect the enquiry form so new enquiries land in the system instead of your inbox. If you do not, nothing is missing.
There is no Coreframe licence fee. The system needs active hosting and any connected providers to keep running. The system and the data in it are yours, and you can take a care plan if you would rather we looked after hosting and updates, or not. Card payments go through Stripe, so their normal card fee applies as it would anywhere.
Yes, and that is the point of it being built for you rather than rented. The first one gained deposit invoices a week after handover, because the owner takes some jobs on a deposit and some in full, and the system had assumed one or the other.
Two to four weeks from deposit to you logging in, and most of that is waiting on answers about your prices and how you number your invoices. The first one went from deposit to the owner signing in inside ten days.
